An Associate is a person with a non-fixed term contract by BNP Paribas that has registered on our page. Externals employees or fixed-term contracts can also be Associates by paying the annual contribution of €75.
Family members of Associates are considered Non-Associates, but, for some activities that explicitly mention the inclusion (and Non-Associates can participate only when the Activity allows it), it is possible to bring them without any subscription, paying the correspondent activity price.

ONE requires some conditions to do so, but yes!

• You can register up to 2 people per activity;
• If the activity is for Associates only, the people must also be Associates (see question above);
• If the activity is open to Non-Associates also, then the registration needs to be made with an Associate;
• When applying the order number must contain the second person’s UID number and/or name in the “Additional Informational Box”.

ONE’s Procedure is structured as follows:
• Activity registration (Order Status on hold)
• Order approved by ONE (Associate receives payment detail by e-mail, and pays within the next 5 working days, or less)
• Payment confirmed (Order Status Completed)
If the Activity receives over 50% of the maximum expected registrations, there will be a lottery, and only the ones selected will be notified to follow the steps above. In case of cancelation, the order or vacancy follows the lottery order.

Most of the activities organized by ONE are carried out in a group.

Each Associate has a purchase limit of 2 tickets per year.
Those tickets can be acquired on https://www.one-association.pt/product/zoo-tickets/.
As an Associate, you can take any family member with you, of any age. This is not an activity that requires the other person to work in BNP Paribas.
After you purchase the tickets, we will validate your order. The payment details will be sent to your personal e-mail, and you have up to 5 working days to proceed with the payment.
After we receive your payment confirmation you will receive one code per ticket purchased. Those codes represent your E-TICKETS that must be download on the Blueticket’s website.
(On the confirmation e-mail, we will send you a guideline with the necessary steps).
Important: This process is not automatic, which means that it can take up to 2 working days to be concluded.
Important notes about the procedure:
• Once you start the purchase with the code you must finish it, without refreshing or leaving the webpage.
• If you insert and then remove the code from the “Codigo de Acesso” tab, it will automatically invalidate the code.
• You must go over the purchase/download procedure on Blueticket’s page individually for every code.

• Cases of Injured Players: Send Doctor Justification to prove substitution.
The new player must be an Associate, proceed with registration order for this Activity, pay it and once it is completed, the new player will receive the confirmation to start playing.
The injured player will not be refunded.
• Cases of “out of holidays”: The substitution is not allowed as the associate books the holidays with free will, and the damage to the team is made consciously.
• Cases of “out for training”: Make sure the request of the Associate was made on short notice and it wasn’t known in advance.
If the person was actually caught in surprise with abroad training, substitution can be made (following the same steps are the first point), if not, substitution is not allowed.
• Cases of “has quit BNP Paribas”: The substitution is allowed.
The new player must be an Associate, proceed with registration order for this Activity, pay it and once it is completed, the new player will receive the confirmation to start playing.
